Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high order volume periods, shipments may be delayed slightly.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (if applicable).
Estimated delivery time to the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes available within 2–5 business days after shipment.
Shipping Delays
Lyfora is not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs processing
- weather or natural events
- incorrect or incomplete addresses
- high seasonal demand

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@lyfora.com.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lyfora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- check with neighbors
- check with your local carrier
- contact us at info@lyfora.com for assistance
We will do our best to help locate the package.
International Shipping
We currently ship primarily to the United States. If international shipping becomes available, delivery times and fees may vary.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
